Our products are of course made in Germany, including all the accessories we use for your products. On request, low-cost foreign materials are also used.  You can deliver both prepared 3D models which we use to make the product, as well as sketches or drawings which we use to work on the models with you. GHS manufactures floor dividers in plastic injection mouldings for customer-specific post-sorting systems.

Injection moulded parts are produced in the visible as well as the non-vision range. Some inserts made of steel, brass, etc. (threaded bushings, screws, hubs, etc.) are insert moulded. Furthermore, we have many years of experience in producing 2-component parts (PPTV / TPE and PA / TPE) by means of conversion technology.

For road maintenance, traffic signs, prism bodies, road signs and all number and letter inserts are made of weather-resistant ASA.

Production of individual closure caps and closure plugs according to request and drawings. Existing master tools can be used to implement projects with low one-time costs.

We manufacture caps, closures, covers etc. according to the specifications of our customers. We place great importance on careful implementation while at the same time ensuring cost-efficiency.

We also manufacture connectors for the electrical industry according to the specifications of our customers. We offer a wide range of materials for the implementation – right down to special, conductive plastic.

Development of a functional packaging ball to reduce the previous assembly time of 5 minutes. We developed a symmetrical hemisphere for this, which resulted in significantly lower tool costs. We designed holes without undercuts, fixing elements, and a snap hook connection for quick assembly. This allowed us to reduce the assembly time to under 30 seconds.

The multifunctional cover for the iPhone 4, 4S, and iPhone 5 offers the option to stow away and transport everyday items such as pens, credit cards, headphones, memory cards, USB sticks, cash, card games, and pocket knives. With the supplied lanyard, the cover can be attached and music can be heard via the headphones. The headphones can be rolled up and stowed in the side compartment without getting tangled.

Converting a plastic part which was originally made mechanically from a plate as an injection moulding part. The injection-moulded design of the part was made by GHS.

On behalf of our customers, we developed a protective cap as an injection moulded part for a M48 thread with a length of 300mm.

Metal replacement by plastic

For one customer we implemented injection moulding parts which were originally made of aluminium mechanically. We use a highly filled PP with a density of approx. 1.7 g / cm^3 for the production. Further projects to replace metal with highly filled plastics have been successfully implemented. Polyamides with a glass fibre content of up to 50% are used.

For the cosmetics industry, we manufactured TPX tubing for perfume bottles. There are high demands on cleanliness for this product.

As a service, GHS carries out sampling of new injection moulds or sampling. We have gained more than 20 years of experience in designing and optimising injection moulds.
